Abstract

In offshore engineering and river dredging projects, flowing mud is often encountered during construction. This kind of silt has the characteristics of high mobility and extremely poor engineering properties, which must be removed during the construction process, causing great trouble to the engineering construction. In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of flowing mud in coastal areas are analyzed through indoor tests.
