Abstract

The operator STC (Size-Time-Cost), as a kind of innovative thinking method in the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), conducts extreme thinking regularly from three dimensions, namely size, time and cost, so as to find a solution to the problems. In order to expand the dimension of analysis and problem solving, an operator STFC (Size-Time- Degree of freedom- Cost) is constructed in this paper based on the operator STC, and the degree of freedom (F) dimension is added to make the operator STC theory more complete.
