At the same time, the applicability of arousal theory is analyzed by logical analysis method. The results show that there is still room for improvement of students' interest in athletics learning. The main factors affecting athletics learning interest are teacher factors, teaching methods, external environment and cognitive factors. The \"progressive\" arousal of arousal theory is more applicable to athletics learning. Abstract
