We implement a frequency domain packet scheduler which allocates packets to Resource Blocks to achieve higher spectral efficiency, maintain fairness, and satisfying the QoS requirements of users with different non-orthogonal numerologies. Abstract

5G New Radio (NR) is moving towards flexibility and adaptability and is expected to provide optimized support for diverse 5G use case categories.
