Application of Convolutional Neural Network in Natural Language Processing

Abstract

In recent years, convolutional neural network (CNN)has made a series of breakthrough research results in the fields of computer vision and so on. CNN has been widely applied to the field of nature language processing too. In this paper, we review the basic structure, convolutional layer and pooling layer of convolutional neural networks in detail, and summarize the research progress of convolutional neural networks in the field of natural language processing applications. Finally, the development problem of convolutional neural networks in NLP field is summarized.
