Abstract

With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization and industrialization, it has become an increasingly pressing problem to alleviate the situation of blackening and stink of the urban rivers. In the requirement of controlling black-odor river, this research was operated with the support of the National Key Water Program during the 11th Five-Year Plan Period. 基于Web技术的城市恶臭河流治理技术服务系统的设计与实现
随着中国城市化和工业化的快速发展,缓解城市河流发黑发臭的状况已成为一个日益紧迫的问题。在治理黑臭河的要求下,本研究在“十一五”国家重点水资源规划的支持下进行。本研究采用B/S结构模式,基于WebGIS技术和数据库技术,设计开发了城市黑臭河道治理共性技术网络服务系统。服务系统可实现技术浏览查询、技术服务和绩效评价三大功能,为中国城市黑臭河治理提供系统有效的决策支持依据。
