We evaluate the reliability of links and introduce it as an important parameter to design a novel routing protocol. The Q-Learning algorithm is used to dynamically adjust the routing path through interaction with the surrounding environment. Based on these, a new reliable self-adaptive routing protocol (RSAR) is proposed. Abstract
