Abstract

The paper describes the processing of ECG signals, which consists of preliminary processing of the original ECG signals, frequency filtering of signals, extraction and calculation of features for determining the heart rate. Provides brief information on the physiological and pathological reactions of the cardiovascular system. The main parameters of heart rate variability have been determined. Algorithmic and software implementation of signal processing and R-peak detection and calculation of RR-intervals in the PYTHON environment are proposed.
