Abstract

In this paper, the solid carbide end milling cutter was used to carry out single factor and multi factors orthogonal experiment of micro milling stainless steel 06Cr17Ni12Mo2, and the surface roughness Ra was detected. Also, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) was used to observe the surface burrs and the groove bottom morphology. The influence of cutting parameters (spindle speed, feed speed, axial cutting depth) on the groove bottom surface roughness were analyzed.
