The findings of the category-wise distribution of respondent's awareness of ICT-based resources and services reveal the fact that, 86.61% of the analysis has been made for 1250 respondents, which included 926 male and 324 female respondents with regard to gender and 800 graduate students, 450 diploma students with regard to academic status from the selected six Government Medical College in the Southern part of Tamil Nadu. The respondents were aware about the e-reference sources and services.
