Their flexibility and intention to achieve to change their work environment if it does not suit them or does not allow them to achieve their goals. Difficult tasks present challenges that they want to overcome. Generation Z’s motivation is declining rapidly, therefore constant encouragement is important to improve satisfaction and help organisations to achieve their goals. Due to their specific characteristics and habits, this generation will play a key role in the future in helping companies achieve their goals and establishing or improving their reputation and visibility in society. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the views of Generation Z in relation to progression at work. Based on a field survey of 113 business students.
