PENGARUH INSENTIF DAN DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SINAR MITRA SEPADAN FINANCE CABANG KOTA BENGKULU

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and organizational support on employee performance at PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Bengkulu Branch. The sampling method used a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Incentive variable has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Support has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Incentives and Organizational Support together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
