By using WebGIS, cloud computing, with remote sensing data, engineering design data and real sense 3D modeling, this method will create a platform for substation (converter) stations and transmission lines with visualization of 3D models, progress query and process control, etc. This new method will create a closed-loop for line feasibility study design results and online business management. Furthermore, it will accumulate engineering digital results dynamically and provides sustainable services in the follow-up projects. Abstract

At present, the digital application of UHV engineering design is still at initial stage. In order to solve problems, such as mixed majors, tons of participants, hard to collaborate, and lack of unified work platform, this article is going to introduce a method of construction the platform, which could be used for the integrated management of feasibility study and design of UHV transmission line project.
