Issues of practice-oriented training in the system of secondary vocational education for the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the region

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of personnel training in the system of secondary vocational education for enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the region. The article defines the characteristics of students of secondary vocational education and training, discusses the main problems in the employment of graduates, what knowledge and skills a specialist should have, and suggests a training model taking into account a practice-oriented approach.
