A questionnaire consisting of 50 questions containing sociodemographic characteristics of the participants, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) were filled with face-to-face interviews.\n\nResults: Of the participants, 63.1% were working at the University of Necmettin Erbakan, and 36.9% at Selçuk University. While the mean emotional exhaustion (EE) (p<0.001) and depersonalization (DP) (p<0.001) scores of the physicians who work in basic medical sciences, the staff titled Prof. Dr. and Assoc. Abstract
