The paper presents the benefits of moving intelligence towards the edge of the network and proposes multilayer perceptron networks as a machine learning solution. Abstract

Over the time, we made the best use of the information we got. Nowadays, as most of the research data is doubling every year, the telecom sector is facing a dynamic market and the competition is fearless. How can we explore data faster and produce better results? The purpose of this paper is to contribute to research in telecommunications and to feature the competitive advantages of emerging technologies within IT&C (Information Technology and Communications).
