To program the deep storage pattern data high-efficiency and convenience, the data unit editing is realized by classification methods: patterns data customization, incremental editing, patterns data import. The Patterns customizers are designed to generate rich popular patterns. The function of incremental editing is to edit user-defined data. And import external pattern data is permitted. Sequence editing is designed to arrange data units and enhance the programmable length of the data editor. Abstract
Data generator (DG) plays a very important role in digital testing, which has the characteristics of large data capacity, strong and high-efficiency programmable ability. This paper presents a new data editor of the DG based on hierarchical design, which divides the data editor into data unit editing and sequence editing.
