The survey is used as a technique, the questionnaire instrument, systematizing the data, showing qualitative and quasi-qualitative evidence of achievements. Abstract
At the undergraduate level in universities, Formative Research is applied to strengthen and increase knowledge, achieve the student's competencies, soft skills, skills and results.
