The content of the military-pedagogical experience, which synthesizes the worldview, moral, professional, intellectual, emotional, aesthetic and physical sides is revealed. The components of military-pedagogical experience (high skill, harmonious combination of teaching and educational work with the scientific search for ways to improve it, the system of professional and pedagogical qualities) are substantiated theoretically. Two aspects necessary in the process of teacher acquisition of military pedagogical experience are highlighted and described: personal (pedagogical orientation, professional erudition, harmony of intellectual and moral qualities, optimism, personal responsibility, self-demand) and practical (reliance on scientific data and best practices, aspiration to self-improvement, analysis of various types of activities in the context of digital transformation of education). The scientific novelty of the article consists in describing the essence and content of the military-pedagogical experience of a teacher of a departmental university, which operates in the context of digital transformation of education. It was concluded that military-pedagogical experience, in modern conditions of digital education, ensures the effectiveness of the educational process of a departmental university, increases the role of the human factor in solving professional problems, in making management decisions. 军事教学经验是教育数字化转型背景下部门型大学教师活动中最重要的组成部分
