Goods distribution centre services infrastructures in peninsular Malaysia

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the services infrastructures element at goods distribution centre in peninsular Malaysia. Some explanations have been presented to understand these services infrastructures element for a goods distribution centre. Then, the current status of needs and demanding by freight forwarders has been studied. Therefore, the analysis for the services infrastructure toward goods distribution system performance has been undergone by multiple regression analysis. Finally the result of the analysis shows that there is a relationship between independent and dependent variables at goods distribution centre in peninsular Malaysia.
