Because of the vast database available online without metadata repository and ontology, finding the apt service that will meet customers' requirements, proves to be a hassle. To aid the end users with the necessary services, a fuzzy agent computing system in an ubiquitous computing environment is proposed in this work resulting in reduced CBT and MC.
