To overcome these problems it is necessary to develop a system that is able to translate spoken language into sign language or vice versa from sign language to oral language. The first thing to do to build a translator system is to create a database that can be used to store the Indonesian Sign System. The database is first created because the database is the foundation of a system. To create a database of sign language and observation systems, there are many constraints, namely the lack of reference, the limited number of resource persons and the number of absorption words. In this study, the Indonesian sign language system data will be used in the form of images.
