The instructional reform of vocational skills training in higher education is a difficult problem, which is still not resolved, although it has been explored continually in recent years. This research aims to construct a model of job training system that integrates Conventional Learning System and Information Communication Technology (ICT)-based Learning. This model is constructed by integrating Classroom Learning Systems as conventional learning systems with Learning Management System (LMS) and Social Network Sites (SNS) as ICT-based learning. Learning strategy is considered as one of the important components in learning concept. Abstract
