Abstract

The number of electric vehicles (EV) in the world is growing rapidly. The large-scale use of EVs in public life activates the need for EV battery charging services to be carried out within the power system. This publication examines the possibility of choosing a battery recharging point that can be made by the owner of an electric vehicle, as well as the presence of several decision-makers in selecting a charging schedule. This problem is important because we can assume that a significant part of the EVs mainly use two parking spaces located: close to the place of residence and close to the workplace. We accept and prove that the car charger station can be created by the employer and can be carried out in the best interests of the employer and the employee. Cooperative game theory (Shapley value) is used to support rational decisions. The results of this analysis could be adopted or recommended by both decision-makers at the legislative level and by potential investors in the development of transport electrification and smart energy.
