Abstract

This study aims to describe the democratic leadership style, individual characteristics, work motivation and employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office in Muaro Jambi Regency and to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style and individual characteristics on employee performance through work motivation as mediation at the Population and Registration Office.
