Mechanism for ensuring quality of economic growth of agriculture in Kazakhstan

Abstract

Для того чтобы обеспечить устойчивое развитие сельского хозяйства, необходимо изучить механизм обеспечения качества экономического роста. Эффективность управления экономическим ростом в сельском хозяйстве должна определяться спецификой и особенностями сельскохозяйственного производства. В статье рассмотрены и систематизированыфакторы, влияющие на качество экономического роста в сельском хозяйстве, приведены данные о посевных площадях сельскохозяйственных культур, численности занятых в аграрной сфере, динамике производительности труда в сельском хозяйстве, индексе инвестиций в аграрный сектор Республики Казахстан за 2017-2021 годы. Авторы отмечают, что экономический рост на современном этапе может быть достигнут только на основе качественных преобразований, что требует перехода сельского хозяйства на инновационный путь развития, повышения уровня доходов и благосостояния населения. Указывается, что увеличение валовой добавленной стоимости окажет наибольшее влияние на рост занятости и качество жизни населения. Показано, что достижение эффективности и результативности в сельскохозяйственном производстве будет происходить за счет гибкого варьирования ресурсов и долгосрочного изменения технологий, внедрения инновационных технологий, повышения качества продукции, экспортного потенциала, производства новых видов отечественной продукции и брендовых продуктов. In order to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture, it becomes necessary to study the mechanism for ensuring the quality of economic growth. The effectiveness of managing the economic growth of agriculture should be determined by the specifics and peculiarities of agricultural production. The article systematizes the factors affecting the quality of economic growth in agriculture, provides data on the area under crops, the number of employed people in the agricultural sector, the dynamics of productivity in agriculture, the index of investment in the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan for 2017-2021. The authors note that economic growth at the present stage can only be achieved on the basis of qualitative transformations, which necessitates the transition of agriculture to an innovative path of development, increasing the level of income and welfare of the population. It is indicated that the increase in gross value added in the industry will have the greatest impact on the growth of employment and the quality of life of the population. Achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural production will be achieved through a flexible variation of resources and changes in technology in the long term, the introduction of innovative technologies, improving product quality, export potential, the production of new types of products and branded products
