The software quality control, quality planning, and quality assessing is a basic concept of the software engineering and its practice. That means the software quality should be planned at the beginning, measured on whole process, and assessed at the end. In this paper we reports our experience on the practice and organizing of Exit Criteria Methodology which we used to control the software quality when we were working on the development of a big Web application named FCS system.
