Investor Protection in Italy

Abstract

The financial crisis affected all the nations of the world. It affected Italy also. But Italy is recovering and so are the investor protection measures. In this paper, an effort has been made to understand the concepts of investor and investor protection. These are further studied extensively in the light of the Italian economy. An analysis has been made about how the investor protection schemes are made in Italy, and what are the factors that affect it. The paper concludes by proving that the Italian investor protection measures are stable and sufficient for the Italian economy and for all the investors who want to make investments in its financial markets.
