Fire Department System of Paraná - Geolocation for Meteorological Alerts

Abstract

This paper presents the implementation of the new Meteorological Alert Service of the State of Paraná, using an international protocol. The service is a mobile application integrated with government services, the Fire Department and Civil Defense of Paraná. The main objective of the implemented software is the dissemination of useful meteorological alerts for citizens, making it available on their mobile devices, regardless of the access location.
