Variable reliability there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable power responsive there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable guarantee there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable empathy there is influence positive and s significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger.
