Model of open government with border approach in the department of norte de santander Colombia research project

Abstract

Beginning with the necessity to build conceptual models, according to the needs of the territories, born the idea of adjust the theoretical foundations of the concept "Open Government" to a specific approach, in this case, the border region of North Santander Department Colombia. This study is a descriptive case that is under development and formulation phase.
