UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE OF COMPARING THE TEST RESULTS OF CFA PILES BY SLT AND DLT METHODS

Abstract

The paper considers the domestic experience of implementing the advanced DLT method of research into the bearing capacity of bored piles which is based on principles of the stress wave theory and included in the American and European regulatory documents. The possibility of using this test method to determine the design loads on the piles has been shown. A regression model has been developed for determining the pile ultimate resistance relative to soil based on the data of the pile parallel tests using the DLT and SLT methods
