Mindfulness was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on job burnout. Organizational characteristics, overwork, and compensation system, which are sub-factors of job stress, were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job burnout. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job stress and job burnout of information experts and to examine the mediating effect of mindfulness in the relationship between them.
