The results of a survey of employees of Russian companies on the topic of friendly relations between colleagues are presented. It was found that the majority of respondents have friends at work and, in general, have a positive attitude towards friendship among colleagues. Abstract
The article discusses various aspects of friendship among employees of the organization. The positive impact of friendship on colleagues is described, as well as the risks of close working relationships.
