Abstract

In the context of the problems of public administration of industrial development on a modern technological basis, new mechanisms and tools of public administration are considered. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of the mechanism of industrial mortgage, both risks and possible directions of development are investigated. A comparison is made with similar mechanisms of the 1990s.
