Abstract

Intelligent manufacturing can optimize the manufacturing resources through digital integration to meet the personalized needs of users, which is an important way to improve the enterprise’s manufacturing ability and competitiveness and realize industrial upgrading. Reasonable evaluation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing system is of great significance for enterprises to find the problems existing in the construction and application of intelligent manufacturing, and then improve the application effect of intelligent manufacturing. Based on the analysis of the constituent elements of enterprise intelligent manufacturing system, this paper constructs an enterprise intelligent manufacturing system evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard to realize the multi-dimensional evaluation and optimize the enterprise intelligent manufacturing.
