Abstract

The paper presented a mesh-free method to assess ship structures employing Daubechies Wavelet scaling function to construct the fleld approximation function of the ship structures. Firstly, the basis function is employed as Daubechies wavelet basis which is compactly supported and normal function, and the approximation function of the 2D ship structures is obtained by the tensor products of the wavelet scaling function. The paper proposed an incremental method to solve the approximation mesh-free fleld function of the ship structures. Numerical examples show the solutions are good agreement between FEM-ANSYS and the proposed method, which verifles the validity of the presented method for stress analysis of the ship structures.
基于小波基理论的船舶结构无网格分析
