This study aims at investigating EFL university students’ perception toward the use of ICT for English language learning. The descriptive quantitative method was applied in this study, which involved 304 students' teachers of English department at a state university in Indonesia. The instrument used in collecting the data was a questionnaire. Descriptive quantitative analysis was used to analyze the data obtained in this study. The result shows that the respondents’ perception was positive in some dimensions. Positive and high perceptions were found in (1) perceived ease of use, (2) perceived usefulness, and (3) attitudes.
