Flexible Work Arrangements: Implementation Approach

Abstract

Flexibility became an important strategy in several organizations, most of them resort to use it, in order to compete and survive in the business environment. From other side, flexibility must also meet employees perceptions, in order to ensure relative outcomes. This paper proposes a conceptual model that discuss how FWAs should be implemented in an effective way.
