Bukan Sekedar Menandatangani: Obligasi Negara Berdasarkan Kovenan Hak Ekosob

Abstract

After  incorporation of International  Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights by Law No. 11I2005, Indonesia are legally binding to implement all state parties obligation as contained in the Covenant. This article describes and analyzes as well as shows example and practical illustration regarding State's obligation. It's formulated into 4 section, explain definition and mean of State obligation; violation of the obligation, including  its indicators, and; monitoring procedure and mechanism based on the Covenant.
