Abstract

The manufacturing of small precision parts has always been a challenge because most manufacturing processes require mechanical cutting methods. The paper focuses on manufacturing small precision parts using the wire electrical discharge machining process. The wire EDM process cuts any conductive material using an electric arc to vaporize the material.
