Abstract
SUMMARY Spontaneously occurring spinal epidural hematoma (SEH) is a relatively rare disease. It is frequently observed in cervicothoracic and thoracolumbar regions. They require emergency surgical intervention as they may lead to serious and permanent neurological damage. On the other hand, rare cases with mild neurological findings, which resolve without surgical intervention have also been reported in the literature. In this paper, spontaneous resolution of SEH in day 20 was reported which was observed in a 72-year old male patient with history of hypertension.
