Abstract

This document describes the work done at the Reposteria Deli company, analyzing the production system, in its input of raw material for its main cakes and the different ingredients required for its preparation, this in order to find a solution to delays and bottleneck that are generated in a production plant due to the lack of organization and control in the processes, evaluate and simulate every detail in Flexsim and Promodel to achieve an improvement.
