Abstract

With the overcrowding in the GHz frequency range, the researchers are moving toward the THz range of frequencies for the future wireless and mobile communication systems. Dielectric Resonator antennas, graphene antennas are drawing a great deal of interest for the higher frequency ranges and can be the future in field of wireless communication due to their small size in micro metres range in the THz band.
