Design a high performance control, especially when high accuracy application is needed, is essential. The controller should have a simple structure to achieve a low cost DC-DC converter. This paper proposes a brain emotional learning based intelligent controller (BELBIC) for POLC with fixed frequency. The output voltage is the only signal which is taken as feedback. The proposed controller is realized in a laboratory setup. Abstract
