The system was tested in information technology school, where almost all lecturers and academic counselors do not have the ability to assess student's personality. Abstract

One of factors to determine success in educational is the ability of the lecturer to deliver teaching material and assess students according to their personalities. This becomes a problem if the lecturer does not have ability to assess students' personalities. Therefore, the issue mentioned above makes this causes the lecturers to generalize teaching methods for all students.
