Method of license compliance of open source software governance

Abstract

When someone use Open Source Software(OSS), an user must obligate the license which is specified by developer of the OSS. Also, developing and redistributing software with two or more OSS could lead license violation. Violator may disclose/modify/rewrite their code, change its redistribution license, and forgive their patent because of the violation. Therefore, we suggest the process for governance OSS in developing software to avoid intellectual property litigation. The main processes are license file inspection from OSS project files and automated OSS license compatibility checking.
