Abstract

This paper introduces the data interactive technique and its necessity of application in project fields. To explore the methods of data interactive technique in the process of vertical mill structure design with CAD/CAE 3D softwares. And take the core part of vertical mill—abrasive disc for example, using Pro/E, HyperMesh and ANSYS to complete the structure optimization recommends for the abrasive disc with the data interactive technique, which lay a foundation for the further engineering analysis.
