However, OSS has a characteristic where everybody can release and share using source codes so it can’t estimate. Now, there is no standard and/or mensuration about OSS value valuation. Therefore, this paper will estimate OSS values and compare commercial software price assessments with values on sale. Also, this adapted study methods suggest a result of software values compare analysis include suggest standard value valuation models for estimate software values.
