Abstract

The CSTR is one of important equipments in chemical industry, and CSTR is above 90% of reactors used in main chemosynthesis material (plastic, synthetic rubber, synthetic fibre) production. Temperature dual control system solution is proposed based on analysis of CSTR structure with coil cooling and jacket cooling, and of insufficiency for temperature single loop control. The dual control system takes advantage of both coil cooling and jacket cooling so that both dynamic and static state performances of the control system get more satisfactory. 盘管冷却和夹套冷却的CSTR温度双控研究及应用
